Meet the team

Hi my name is Joel Clements I’m the main trainer at IntoArb. I’ve been in the Arb industry since 2001, I grew up in Cornwall and 6 months after leaving school I started an apprenticeship at a local tree surgery company. I instantly fell in love with tree work. I have a passion for climbing and keeping myself up to date with the latest climbing equipment and techniques. I’m also an NPTC technical verifier, assessor and LOLER inspector.

Hi my name is Amy, I run the office at IntoArb. I’m the person that does all the arranging, booking, payments etc. basically I keep Joel and the business organised! Ha.
