TREE CLIMBING AND AERIAL RESCUE

This is a 5 day training course, followed by 1 day NPTC assessment. You will learn how to climb trees and perform aerial rescue safely. This training course gets you ready to take the NPTC assessment. The training is undertaken on a maximum of 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

We also have complete climbing kits to hire at £20 a day, so no need to go out and spend all your hard earned cash on kit for the course.

AERIAL TREE RIGGING

4 Days training followed by 1 day NPTC assessment. On this course you will learn how to rig branches and timber safely. Maximum 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

Full climbing kits available for hire at £20 a day.

AERIAL TREE PRUNING

3 Days training followed by 1 day NPTC assessment. On this course you will learn how to reduce, thin and prune trees to the correct standard. Maximum 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

CHAINSAW FROM ROPE AND HARNESS

This is a 3 day training course, 1 day NPTC assessment. You will learn how to use a chainsaw safely in the tree, and perform both free fall cutting and handheld cutting. The training is undertaken on a maximum of 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

We also have complete climbing kits to hire at £20 a day.

SAFE USE OF MEWP

1 day integrated NPTC assessment and training course. On this course you will learn how to safely inspect and operate a MEWP. Maximum of 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

MEWP and harnesses will be provided.

2 days training, 1 day NPTC assessment. On this course you will learn how to operate a chainsaw safely from a MEWP. Maximum of 4 candidates to 1 trainer.

EMERGENCY TREEWORK PLANNING

1 day training. This course helps with the planning side of emergency tree works. It’s for both admin based staff and arborists. This course enables everyone to work as a united team in emergency situations. Maximum 6 candidates to 1 trainer.
